It’s all so natural to have feelings.
Even when the feelings aren't the ones that in most cases get us what it is that we desire.
We believe that we only get the things we want when we are in good spirits.
But if we are always projecting good spirits then we are living a false reality.
In actual reality, we have all different types of emotions and feelings.
Good and bad don’t actually exist.
It is human to feel bad.
It is human to feel good.
It changes constantly.
And flows through experience.
One moment you can feel on top of the world.
The next, you can feel depressed.
It’s all the same.
Feelings.
They come.
They go.
In and out.
Like the breathe.
Yin and yang.
Let go of the stories we hold on to when we try to justify our feelings.
Instead, feel into the feelings and let the feelings do the speaking.
Turn your mind off.
FEEL into your body.
FEEL into your heart.
FEEL into the energy.
Take your time.
Take a breath, or two, before you speak with the feeling.
Trust yourself.
Trust your feelings.
They all are valid.
Even the terrifying ones.
The ones that make us feel as if the world goes dark.
Know that you are not alone.
You never were.
You never will be.
Our minds oftentimes create stories to make us feel as though we don’t belong when in reality we are all meant to be here.
Be here now.
